You create product groups and set up the commissions for the 5 level of affiliates.

Then you create banners for the product groups.

Your affiliates register in your system and take banner linking code, then they paste it to their sites.

When a client clicks on one of these banners, he gets to your website and makes a transaction (sale, recurring sale, or you pay per click)
When a client does a successful buying, he is redirected to your website ThankYou Page where transaction ID, amount, currency etc is mentioned.
The affiliate script tracks the transaction and gives the necessary commissions top your affiliates.
