Flexible commission system.
Affiliate PRO has various commission setup options including: % from each sale, fixed fee from each sale, % from first sale, fixed fee from first sale, Per Unique Click. All that options could be used separately or in combination, for example $0.05 per click + $20 from first sale and 10% from each sale. Additionally in your system there is a possibility to set up commission per user registration, for example $10 one time fixed for registration or 10% from each re-bill or combination of both options.
Affiliates can refer other affiliates to the system and get 2nd tier commission and administrator of Affiliate PRO can set certain limitation on number of allowed tiers from 1 (single tiers only) to 10. This way affiliate can get 3rd (and so on) commissions depends on how many affiliates was referred by affiliates referred by him.

Easy to use Product Groups.
If you have shopping cart with various type of products you don't need to setup all that Products in Affiliate PRO, you can just setup single Product Group for all goods, or few different Product Groups with individual commission setup in each group and specified Traffic Page. This way you can create multiple affiliate programs for different sites or different affiliate programs for the products located on the same site. This method combines flexibility of setup and easy to use.

Personal affiliate commission adjustments.
Affiliate PRO has an embedded system to set higher commission level to certain affiliates. For instance, you can setup affiliate program with 10% commission if customer makes $1000 per month or less and 12% commission for customers who make more than $1000, and 15% commission for customers who made more than $10000 per month (all values are just examples and could be changed and adjusted). This commission levels are attribute of each affiliate, and after the registration affiliate is assigned to Level 1 and administrator can manually change his level to (for example) Level 2 and then affiliate will get commission from Level 2 line of Product Group.

Option to process offline payment commission.
If you don't have online credit card processing or at least one of your accepted payment methods is offline (for example bank transfer, money order, ACH transfer, check) you can setup Affiliate PRO to put all sales into not Approved list and when you receive money transfer you can go to affiliate pro and approve certain orders that was received or delete those who stay too long and payment was not received. The same method could be used if you have trial membership with (for example) 1 month free period. Commission could be calculated right after registration and put into Non-approved list, after certain amount of time administrator of Affiliate PRO could manually approve transactions of customers who continued membership.
